The terms that apply when you book direct with Affitto Inn through affittoinn.com.
These Terms of Service apply to direct bookings made through affittoinn.com with Affitto Inn LLC, Dallas, Texas.
Sending a booking request does not by itself create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when all three steps are complete: we confirm availability, your payment through our official Stripe payment link is completed, and ID verification is complete.
The total for your stay is the amount shown in your Stripe payment link — that is the confirmed price for your booking. Direct bookings save 10% with code IMBACK10 when applicable.
7 or more days before check-in: 100% refund. 5–6 days before check-in: 50% refund. 4 days or less before check-in, or no-show: no refund. One free date change is available with 7 or more days' notice, subject to availability.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Guests who book direct enjoy check-out at 11:00 AM at no extra charge.
Every direct booking is also subject to our House Rules & Terms, which are the same rules as our Airbnb listings.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We will never ask for your card details by text, email or phone — if anyone asks you for them, it is not us.
By completing a direct booking, you authorize Affitto Inn LLC to charge the payment method used for your booking for the following, when applicable under our House Rules & Terms: rule-violation fees (including the smoking fee), charges for damage, missing or damaged items, lost keys or fobs, excessive cleaning, and unpaid stay balances. Before any charge, we will send you a message describing the charge and the supporting evidence, such as photos or inspection reports. Each charge generates a Stripe receipt sent to your email. This authorization remains in effect until 30 days after your check-out.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new bookings.
